the lease in our Fort Lauderdale location was
expiring. The real estate market was slow and
interest rates were low making our ad agency office
condo purchase a wise business decision.
The location is also better for Miami Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach clients than the Fort
Lauderdale location since we are now just one
minute east of I-95 when you take the Hollywood
Blvd East exit. We have plenty of free parking
behind the building and metered parking on the
street in front of the building.
